Overview

Kaltura strive to offer the most powerful and flexible Video Experience Cloud in the market. They make it easy to use video for any purpose, supporting organisations and people around the world as they make an impact with their media.

Authentication

Within the builder, click on the Kaltura connector to display the connector properties panel. Select the 'Auth' tab and click on the 'New authentication' button. In the Tray.io authentication pop-up modal, name the authentication in a way that will quickly identify it within a potentially large list. For example, whether it is a Sandbox or Production auth, etc. Consider who/ how many people will need access to this authentication when choosing where to create this authentication ('Personal' or 'Organisational'). The second page asks you for your 'Partner ID' and 'App Token', 'App Token ID' and 'User ID' credentials. To find your 'Partner ID', head to the Kaltura KMC dashboard. Click on the settings wheel in the top right, then the 'Integration' tab that appears below. Your 'Partner ID' should now be displayed on the page, as illustrated in the image below. Your Kaltura account administrator will provide you with your 'App Token', 'App Token ID' and, if needed, your 'User ID'. Many users will not need to submit a 'User ID'. Once you have added these fields to your Tray.io authentication pop-up window, click the 'Create authentication' button.  Your connector authentication setup should now be complete.
